These draft terms cover the Simple Medical Workforce Solutions application: the quick application, the invited full application, named accounts and the staff workspace.

They also cover the protected preview, a copy of the same application shared with named reviewers for feedback. It is a demonstration, not a production service, and it is not the public website.

Outside the preview, submitting an application asks Simple Medical Workforce Solutions to consider you for work. It does not by itself create employment, a placement, a facility agreement or any other relationship. Please give true and complete answers. Do not email sensitive documents; the application does not collect them yet.

The quick and full application forms on this site ask you to tick a box before you submit. The application records which version of that wording, and of these terms and the Privacy Statement, you saw, and when it received your answer.

When the preview is hosted, it sits behind a reviewer sign-in. Keep your reviewer passphrase private and do not share access. Sign-in activity at that gate is recorded.

If you have a named account, keep your sign-in links and devices to yourself.

In the preview, enter only made-up names, email addresses, phone numbers and credential details. Do not enter real personal, patient, credential, identification or financial information.

No email or text message is sent from the preview; messages are kept in an in-app demo outbox. Application questions are placeholders, resume upload is not available, and the staff demo views open through role switches rather than individual staff accounts.

In the preview, submitting the demo application, or using any demo screen, does not create an application for employment, a placement, a facility agreement or any other relationship, and no hiring or staffing decision is made from it. Any real work for healthcare professionals, and any staffing services for facilities, would be covered by separate agreements, not by these terms.
